Immersive Foundational Program: How it works
Daily Practice15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to establish mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customized based on how you self-sabotage.
Measurable ProgressYou’ll feel motivated through instant feedback on exactly how much progress you’re making towards building the 3 core muscles of mental fitness. Brain rewiring may be visible in MRI imaging within 8 weeks.

Weekly FocusWeekly hour-long video delivers deep experiential exploration of the week’s focus. You’ll feel inspired and energized to practice during the week in order to sustain the benefits experienced during the video sessions.
Community SupportWe help you establish a support and accountability group with other program participants. Research has shown this to be a critical success factor for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind.

6 Weeks to Install the PQ Operating System
Week 1: Self-Command Muscle |
Learn the small, but mighty, process called "PQ Reps". Just like reps in the gym, each 10-second PQ reps builds your self-command muscle. Standing, seated or moving. Eyes open or eyes closed. While engaging with others or while solo. You learn to do PQ reps anytime, any place, with anyone. With each rep you develop greater mastery of over you own mind, quiet your saboteurs, and activate the sage region of your brain.

Week 2-3: Saboteur Interceptor Muscle |
You learn how to intercept the Judge, the master saboteur, and your top accomplice saboteur, as they try to hijack your thoughts, feelings and actions. Saboteurs all promise one thing, but deliver the opposite. You'll learn to expose the lies, limiting beliefs and damage of your own saboteurs. So that they no longer run your life, ruin your relationships or destroy your wellbeing.

Week 4-6: Sage Muscle |
You practice the sage perspective that every problem or challenge can be converted into a gift or opportunity. You learn the three gifts technique. And you get to generate the gift through one or more of the five sage powers: empathize, explore, innovate, navigate and activate.

Lifelong Applications: Months 3+
PQ is an operating system with many applications. In the first eight weeks you develop your three core mental muscles. But - like physical fitness - mental fitness is not a one-and-done, short-term training. After the initial immersive 8 weeks, the modules in the app then enable you to use those muscles for a variety of work and life applications. You continue to grow - choosing your own pace and focus. You'll also be eligible to join a PQ Mastermind Group for ongoing coaching support and community.
